Electronic Consent Agreement

1. Purpose of Agreement

This NeedLOI electronic consent agreement outlines your rights when you agree to receive legally required disclosures, notices, and other information from Need LOI, Inc. electronically, in accordance with the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act).

2. Your Consent

By using our service of NeedLOI electronic consent agreement, apply for a loan, or completing forms on NeedLOI.com, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and records related to your loan application electronically.

3. Scope of Consent

Your consent applies to all interactions with Need LOI, including:

Loan application submissions
Terms and conditions
Regulatory disclosures (e.g., Truth in Lending)
Privacy notices
Payment authorizations
Other legally required communications

4. Minimum Technology Requirements

To receive electronic records, you must have:

A current email address
A device with internet access
A modern browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
The ability to download, access, and retain PDF documents

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@needloi.com. Note that withdrawal may delay or restrict your ability to complete transactions with us electronically.

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any record by emailing support@needloi.com. Please specify the document you need. We may charge a fee for printed copies.

7. Updating Your Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with a current email address and to promptly update any changes. To update your information, contact support@needloi.com.

8. Legal Effect

Your electronic signature on agreements and forms is legally binding and will be considered the same as your handwritten signature, as permitted under the ESIGN Act.
